Ok well those of you that know me will know I am a dab hand in the kitchen [if i say so myself] and have a passion for good food but these days leave me little if any time for such things.
I have decided to pass this page over to a pro and in light of his recent stance on trying to highlight the issues of pig & pork producers here in the UK and to promote the British pig industry I feel it only right I do the same in return.
