If you are not happy with Items Goods or Services you recieve from Ballardsfield please notify us ASAP we will do everything in our power to rectify problems. Cancellations Policy:
May be made and full refunds given as long as we have a clear notice of 7 days before arranged delivery times to allow us time to re-assign your goods or cancel there subsequent processing/slaughter (in the case of livestock meat products).

Information submitted is for the strict use of Ballardsfield only & will not be released to third parties with the exception of our courier services when courier delivery service is required. We do not store financial details (credit or debit card numbers/details) submitted to us in any way.
