Our Sausages are made from the finest cuts of Cornish slow raised Pedigree Gloucester Old Spot Pork, They contain the highest amount of pork meat with a small amount of binder and flavouring so as not to disquise the sublime quality of the meat contents quality, they contain the highest amount of meat possible but slightly less than 100% for the perfect farmhouse quality Sausage.
