Farm Collection

Orders will need to be placed by 1pmon Sundays for delivery or collection the following week on Thursday.

Courier Services

Orders will need to be placed by 1pm on Sundays for delivery the following Friday

Delivery Prices

   Pork comes in minimum 10 kilo meat boxes  equal to one quarter pig per box

Farm Collection – By arrangement, your chance to meet the piggies, bring the kiddies along and show them where real food comes from. Your order will be bagged ready for collection as standard, so please mention when ordering if you need it boxed, extra charge as above, £4.00.

UK Mainland Courier Standard 24 hrs – Orders will be collected from the farm on Thursday and dispatched to arrive anytime up to 6pm on Friday. As this is not being directly delivered the order will be placed as standard in poly boxes with ice sheets , keeping the meat at a constant temperature to maintain freshness. Unfortunately no am/pm can be specified, courier charges as above, Please check you are happy with your order at the time of delivery and inform us ASAP.

Courier Note – It has been recommended by the courier that a noon delivery is preferred for fresh produce, as this this type of courier service is a priority delivery and any problems can be rectified by them whilst in transit ASAP. We have still included the option for 24 hr standard delivery, as our boxes will maintain temperature & freshness during this period. If during delivery there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues. Please check you are happy with your order at the time of delivery and inform us ASAP.

Courier tracking on all deliveries and POD (Proof of Delivery) documented.

Q & A

Q: Why are direct deliveries/collections bagged and not boxed as standard.
A: To reduce the cost to you and save on packaging and material waste.

Q: Can I recycle the box.
A: Yes the boxes are 100% recyclable

Q: Do I need to sign for the goods.
A: As standard the goods will need to be signed for on delivery.

Q: What if I am not going to be in when the delivery is expected.
A: The courier will if prearranged only leave your goods either with a neighbour or in a secure place of your choice at your own risk.

Q I thought I would be in but I needed to go out.
A: The courier will put a card through your door to say they have attempted delivery and are holding the item at your local depot you could either collect the item from the depot or rearrange delivery for the following day (this is not recommended we would like your order to be received ASAP, fresh and ready for the freezer).

Q: I am difficult to find.
A: We would ask for any additional delivery instructions you think maybe useful, to be entered and contact numbers to ensure your goods arrive when you expect them to.
